Luc Winters

Luc Winters spent three years as a mergers and acquisitions advisor with a US investment bank in London and five years as a corporate finance and treasury manager with a Dutch multinational in Amsterdam.
Over the last 15 years, he has been supporting various Corporates in the Netherlands in the treasury function, in corporate finance or treasury manager roles.
He was involved in assignments related to corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, the sale of financial investments via capital markets transactions, treasury-disentanglement of divested activities and treasury-integration of acquired businesses, next to ongoing treasury management responsibilities.
Luc holds a degree in Law (Leuven, incl. Dip. Law King’s College London) and a Master in Business Administration (Vlerick).
